[Interventional Management] - Procedural step: •Guidewire: Amplatz Extra Stiff wire for delivery of device, Straight tip Teflon wire to cross annulus •Volume in Balloon: Mammoth balloon deployed with 23 ml volume •Size of Balloon: 23mm •Device Used: Myval THV (Balloon Expandable Transcatheter Heart Valve System) 26mm TVAR in High risk Patient.pptx - Case Summary: In high-risk patients with aortic stenosis,TAVR was found to be associated with safety and survival.The ECHO reading showed that the Transcatheter Heart Valve performed very well as valve in valve and appears promising benefit for patient with high risk surgery.
