1) Online - Simply visit our official website at www.summit-tctap.com and type all the required information and make a payment online.
2) Fax - Fill in the registration form downloaded on our website and fax it to +82 2 475 6898.
3) E-mail - Fill in the registration form with your details and send it to cvrf@summitMD.com. |

How much does it cost to attend the conference? |
|
The fees are different for different categories, but we have been informed that advance registration is much cheaper than on-site registration. |
|
What does the registration fee include? |
|
Registration fee includes admission to the all scientific sessions, all symposia including meals, entrance to the exhibition, congress kit, and coffee and refreshment. Also discounted room rates are eligible only for TCTAP attendees. |

Can I get a group discount? |
|
There is no special discount for group registration. |
|
Can my colleague replace me unless I attend the conference? |
|
Yes, attendees may be substituted before the deadline for advance registration at no extra charge.To request a transfer please send an email to cvrf@summitMD.com with the new attendee¡¯s information. |

Is it possible to cancel my registration and get a refund? |
|
Request of refund downloaded on the web must be submitted to the TCTAP Secretariat.
In case of cancellation received no later than April 3, 2015, the balance except a 15% administrative fee will be refunded after the meeting.
It takes about 1 month for refund processing, and any remittance charge should be paid by beneficiary separately. No refunds will be given on and after April 3, 2015. |

Is there a one day pass? |
|
No, we will not be offering a 1-day pass. |

How can I obtain a registration confirmation for the registration? |
|
The registration confirmation will be automatically sent to the registered email address. So please provide us with your correct email address during the registration process. |
|
When will I receive my name badge? |
|
All badges and conference materials will be made available on-site at registration check-in. |
|
Can I get into the conference without my name badge? |
|
Attendees will not be permitted to enter conference areas without a name badge.
In case of lost the name badge, 50% of the person¡¯s registration fee may be charged in order to reprint a new name tag so please make sure to keep your badge with you at all times. |

Are hotel accommodations included in my registration fee? |
|
Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee. All attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
However, we have discounted rates contracted with several hotels near the venue. Don¡¯t forget to reference "TCTAP" to receive the special rate.
A limited number of discounted rooms have been reserved for attendees who make their reservations early. Please check housing page on the site for further information. |

Where can I get a visa letter? |
|
We can send the invitation letter to those who are registered and whose payment has been verified. Please send a request by email to cvrf@summitMD.com. |
