Registration is limited: please register early. An applicant for advance
registration should send the registration fee and registrant information
to the Secretariat until April 3, 2009.
If you do not complete the registration with payment in time, on-site
registration fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy |
Request of refund downloaded on the web must be submitted
to the 14th Angioplasty Summit-TCT Asia Pacific 2009 Secretariat. In case
of cancellation received no later than April 3, 2009, the balance except
a 15% administrative fee will be refunded after the meeting. It takes
about 1 month for refund processing, and any remittance charge should
be paid by beneficiary separately. No refunds
will be given on and after April 4, 2009.

(CVRF), believes that international participants from all over the world
are highly valued features to the success of this significant annual conference
in the field of interventional vascular.
We are also committed to assisting our international participants on
the application process for a travel visa. If you require a visa to visit
Korea, please check with your local Korea embassy or consulate to obtain
the necessary documents. In addition, please allow enough time to process

Letter of Invitation |
On request, the CVRF is pleased to send an invitation
for participation in the Angioplasty Summit-TCT Asia Pacific 2009. Such
an invitation is not a commitment on the part of the CardioVascular Research
Foundation to provide any financial support, nor is it a guarantee of
the acceptance of an abstract, nor a guarantee that the consulate will
issue the visa.
Without special request, we send you the
invitation letter by e-mail within 1 week after the receipt of the registration
fee. As the document required for visa approval depends
on the Korean Embassy¡¯s policy and condition in each country, you might
be requested to present the original invitation letter sent by post. You
are strongly recommended to check the visa process to the local Embassy
at first hand. Even after you complete your payment for registration,
visa withdrawal does not guarantee the refunds if the refund request received
after April 4, 2009.
While we are pleased to provide documentation of your registration to
attend our meeting, visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the consular
officer. Letters of invitation are sent to only those individuals who
are registered to attend at the Angioplasty Summit-TCT Asia Pacific and
